Get ready for an unforgettable experience because Trojan Horse Was a Unicorn (THU) is back! This annual festival and creative industry gathering has a transformational impact on digital art and storytelling communities worldwide. The THU Main Event, held in Troia, Portugal, offers inspiration, skill development and collaboration opportunities with like-minded creators in animation, VFX, gaming, concept art, illustration and more.

The first two days focus on unlocking new opportunities, helping indie studios to grow and sharpening entrepreneurial mindsets. These days feature Portfolio Reviews, Pitch Sessions, Inside the Industry Talks, and Ice-Breaking Activities. The next four days focus on inspiration and collaboration, with talks, masterclasses, mentorships, workshops, tribe talks, night talks, life drawing and tribe building activities. This year, THU is introducing the Pitch Ticket, which provides exclusive access to the first two days and the pitch sessions for individuals who are already working on a project. The ticket covers the THU intensive programme for six days, from 9 am to 2 am. It also usually covers shuttles from Lisbon airport to Troia and from Troia to Lisbon airport on your last day. Please note that travel, lodging and food expenses are not included.
