ABOUT NICOLE Nicole Rendone, Chief Design Officer at La Perla, has spent over 15 years leading innovative design. Her focus in fashion includes luxury lingerie, active, lounge, swim, and all things close to the body. Her previous role was Senior Creative Director at Nike: Women’s Bras and Innovation. She has also led collections and product launches for major brands like Victoria’s Secret, Pink, La Senza, Adidas, and boutique brands Flora Nikrooz and Badgley Mischka among others. She is designing the next chapter of La Perla to be focused on its remarkable history and craft, modernisation, luxurious inclusivity, sustainability, collaboration, and joy.
