Border Sessions is a progressive platform at the intersection of technology, society, art, and science. We unite people (creative pioneers!) and organizations to address urgent social, societal and environmental issues. Over the course of 4 days, you can explore an extensive programme with labs, summits, a festival night, movies, meetups, and a kids programme in the center of The Hague. With 30+ speakers during the festival night, June 13th and 30+ labs & summits and other special events.

During the festival, a range of professionals including writers, researchers, artists, activists, engineers and designers will be presenting their latest work and ideas in relation to new developments in technology. The list includes both new talent and established experts. All of our guests are pioneers in their own field, highly imaginative thinkers who are at their best when operating outside of established frameworks. Topics range from the future of food, biohacking and circular cities to extreme space design and tech & human rights.
