About OffGrid Sessions
OffGrid Sessions is a two‑day “ideas festival” designed for people who’s job it is to look outside of their organisation. It involves 250 curious minds to spend two days discovering new ideas and thinking differently. Taking over Osea Island from 1–3 July 2026, the event looks at the some of the biggest global trends through a social, political, economic and cultural lens. The event gathers around a dozen speakers from across journalism, science, art, and entrepreneurship—each chosen to broaden how participants see the world and their work.
Unlike traditional conferences, there are no parallel tracks or recordings. Everyone follows the same single track programme, sharing the same reference points across talks and workshops on the private island. It’s about creating a shared mental space where conversation can stretch and ideas can evolve. The organisers frame OffGrid Sessions as a reset for teams and organisations that want to invest in perspective—not just skills “I had more ideas in two days, than two months at my desk”. Tickets are fully inclusive, covering accommodation, food, and a considered stack of books from the speakers. The result, according to past attendees, is “a mind expander”: two focused days that exchange constant novelty for deep dialogue in what many describe as a magical, thought‑provoking setting.
