The me Convention was born out of a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and SXSW as a future-facing lifestyle event. This annual gathering has now evolved into a ‘future lab’ for exploring major issues and promising ideas for society, business, science, and our planet. Under the motto #createthenew, the third edition of the me Convention will bring together 3,000 curious, critical and engaged minds from across the globe. Together, it’ll examine the current state of the world, create a vision for a better future and uncover how to bridge the gap. The me Convention is all about getting involved and taking action. The event offers an environment that welcomes multiple perspectives, stimulates critical thinking and encourages experimentation to find concrete ways to bring our desired future closer to reality.
