3 Design Conferences to attend in Copenhagen
There are three upcoming design events in Copenhagen in autumn 2025.
- Design After Design - Mar 20-21, 2024
- Future Product Days - Sep 24-25, 2025
- We Love Graphic Design - Oct 4, 2025
Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is a hub for culture, architecture and innovation. With its charming streets and historic landmarks, it has become a popular destination for digital nomads. According to Nomadlist, Copenhagen scores 3.43 out of 5 for its friendliness towards digital nomads.
Although it can be expensive, with high costs for accommodation, food and transport, it remains a popular destination. This is thanks to the many free or low-cost activities the city has to offer, such as visiting museums or exploring its parks and gardens.
Since my visit to Copenhagen, I have been fascinated by the city and all the creative events that take place in and around the Danish capital. These events combine the magic of festivals with in-depth conferences exploring alternative futures.

Design After Design
DESIGN AFTER DESIGN explores the far-reaching impact of design at its most harmful and hopeful on 12 September 2025, inviting us to reimagine its potential. As the latest iteration of the POST DESIGN FESTIVAL, this one-day event comprises a series of talks and open conversations that explore three key stages of the design lifecycle: BEFORE (research and context), DURING (processes and production), and AFTER (systems and interactions).
Post.Design, founded in 2016, is an openly critical and collaborative design festival that challenges the role of graphic, digital and illustrative design in society. Post.Design/Tangle is a design festival spanning two years, four locations and an online hub.

One of Europe's largest events for digital product professionals, Future Product Days 2025, will take place on September 24 and 25, 2025, at Lokomotivfabrikken in Copenhagen.
The event will cover a wide range of topics, including UX, product management, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce. Attendees can look forward to inspiring talks from world-class speakers across five stages, hands-on workshops, and ample opportunities for business networking and matchmaking. New for this year, the event will also feature startup and tech sessions, a tech expo, and a trance music party.

We Love Graphic Design
We Love Graphic Design is an annual one-day seminar held in Copenhagen that celebrates graphic design by showcasing the versatility and relevance of this broad field. The event features some of the most important, inspirational and creative graphic designers around today. The next We Love Graphic Design seminar will take place on 4 October 2025.
