The Brno Biennial, established in 1963, is one of the oldest and most important events in the field of visual communication worldwide. This 2018 edition is curated by the OKOLO creative group, comprised of Matěj Činčera, Jan Kloss and Adam Štěch.
Biennial Talks 11 – 13 May 2018
The three day conference will be divided into dynamic blocks, each of which would present a selection of different speakers from the international and local graphic scene. Some of them would be given more space (professionals and established designers), other less in short and quick bursts (interesting students and beginning designers). Curators are trying to create a vibrant and energy-laden flow of ideas which will not be tiring or perhaps too demanding and additionally motivate the participants to interact.
